Chapter 4 gets a bit wierd, as Wylie's vision of the prospects of the Papacy don't really turn out as he had forseen. He uses the word, Communism, in a manner that we, of the 21st century don't see it as. Not that he was a Communist. I don't believe he was. He also calls for the overthrow of the Papacy. Of this, I can concur wholeheartedly. His means to achieve this is detailed.
